The equipment is designed for over a hundred oils. Named ones include transformer oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, cutting oil, gear oil, EDM oil, quenching oil, slideway oil, hydrocarbons, kerosene, diesel and white mineral oil. If your oil is not on that list, send us the specification.

No. The process is purely physical adsorption and permeation. Nothing is dosed into the oil and no fractions are removed, so the specification is unchanged and the oil can return to the same equipment.

The manufacturer states NAS 1638 class 5–8 after a single pass, without staged pre-filtration. If your specification is written in ISO 4406, ask us for the equivalent measured on your oil — we would rather give you a measured figure than a conversion.

Standard supply is two-phase 220 V, 50 Hz with an AC 220 V control circuit. The two largest machines, the DJ-020 and DJ-036, use an AC 380 V control circuit and a 1.5 kW pump. For any other supply voltage or frequency, please ask before ordering.

Yes, with the air-pump attachment fitted, which is specified for oils with a flash point below 120 °C. Tell us the oil when you enquire so the machine is built for it.

Each cartridge treats roughly 800 to 1,000 litres of oil. It measures 58 × 15 cm, weighs 5 kg, and the indicative price is US$34. Real service life depends entirely on how dirty the oil is, so ask us for an interval based on your oil rather than a generic number.
